A few words about the regions. Coffee from America

Due to the high altitudes and volcanic soil in Central America, coffee beans often have a bright, almost spicy sweetness, which can turn into good chocolate tones. As for special class coffee, this is exactly the region where most of it is produced. The coffee is very balanced, light, there is no bitterness, the acidity is bright and juicy.

Bouquet: orange and yellow citrus fruits, tropical yellow, green fruits (melon, mango, pineapple, apricot), medium-bitter chocolate (cocoa, figs, spices, tea notes), dates, cashew nuts, wild berries (boneberry, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry).
